THE CYCLE
Employability is one core problem for out-of-school youth. Marikana youth constitute approximately 68% of bojanala district unemployed youth and women, with increasing mining, marikana youth around rustenburg& madibeng have experienced a decline in employment opportunities.
Young people face difficulties in sustaining jobs in traditional mining sector and gaining access to education and training.
The main purpose of marikana youth development organisation is to give people in our comunities hope by training them in skills, placing them in jobs, addressing their values, and mentoring them.
Mydo is intending to break the above cycly by using the following method/model of change.
